Olsa
Get Started

The thinkers behind the automation.

We built Olsa to solve the coordination problem. Not by adding more tools, but by making the ones you already have smarter.

It started with a messy spreadsheet.

Olsa was founded in 2022 by a group of engineers and ops leads who were tired of the manual toil required to keep high-growth companies running.

We saw brilliant teams spending half their week on "work about work" copying data between CRMs, chasing approvals in Slack, and manually updating documentation. We believed there was a better way. Not just a generic automation tool, but a system of intelligent agents that could understand the context of your specific business workflows and handle the edge cases for you.

Our Values

The principles that guide every line of code we ship.

Quiet Automation

Software should be felt, not seen. We build tools that work silently in the background of your existing stack.

Human Control

We automate the busywork, but keep the human in the loop for the decisions that matter. You stay in the pilot's seat.

Adaptive Systems

Rigid workflows break. Our agents learn and adapt as your company's conditions change in real-time.

Meet the collective.

A distributed team of operators, dreamers, and engineers building the future of work.

Still allergic to busywork.

Today Olsa sits under thousands of workflows, quietly moving work between the tools teams already trust.

We're still the same team that hated copy-paste. Every feature starts as a friction log from a real operations floor, gets prototyped against live workflows, and ships only when it removes more work than it adds. That bar felt, not seen is how we intend to keep growing.
